In her new Book Going Rogue, and she wrote about her distaste for how McCain ran the campaign. But she said if she ran again she would challenge the GOP. Now, I am not sure what happened because I haven't read the book, but no one wins on a third party ticket. The other two parties take your ideas and envelop them and win because people don't like change. Sorry, don't think she'll win. Its just the way the cookie crumbles. The republicans claim to be more conservative. And the democrats are liberal as ever. Although JFK might have been considered a republican in todays world. Ta ta.

I miss my best friend

But I keep busy. He's got his own life. I have mine. I saw riverdance this afternoon. It was wonderful and very uplifting. I remember going to see an Irish festival once in NJ. It was a much more spectacular event this afternoon. I wouldn't mind seeing more. I saw some celtic singing on pbs once that was nice. I thought it was very touching.

I hope there is more beautiful shows like that coming out.

I think it needs better ideas. Better than the same old failed politics of yore. Socialism is failing in Europe. People need something to work for. Life may not be perfect. But it is life. The Bible never promises roses and rainbows all the time. He told Christians they would be persecuted. But it is amazing what love can do. Look at Mother Teresa. What a shining example of faith. Yes, she reached out when there was great darkness in the world. But we need more solutions. More mother teresa's more people reaching out to the souls of people. Not just super power preacher's. But people who help americans with depression, more people who help people with addictions. More people who can stop the flow of money going to big pharma and more going to Christian faith programs helping reach out to the lost. Helping them with getting jobs and feeling good about their decision to become Christians. Not tell them they can't do anything. Depression can lead to anxiety, and other problems. A lot of it can be helped with alternative therapies such as light therapy, and exercise and nutrition and also learning more about emotional intelligence and developing better relationships. So many people are told to make millions of dollars to be happy. Money can buy food and clothes. But if you aren't happy, money isn't going to fix it. If you don't have loved ones who care about what you need, you won't feel better. I learned about the four learning methods. I know I am tactile. Others are visual, auditory and digital, or information. I like to feel welcome.

I knew the Real Estate Market would Peeter Out

I was in real estate in 2004, and it was picking up. I knew just from the high prices that there would be a crash so I felt bad that people were going to invest in real estate. I wasn't sure when the ceiling would cave in, but I couldn't stand the thought of helping wreck people. I didn't realize the market always has booms and busts. But I still think that it is a pretty crumby deal for all of these people. I didn't have a blog at the time. But I do now. I think it is a sad state of affairs when people keep losing their shirts in a sure thing because the media isn't doing its job. And then they try to blame government or the republicans for not doing their job and putting a socialist in power. When we can't have faith and charity with communism because no one will have anything to give. And it was rockefeller or carnegie who gave back and lived a long healthy life after becoming sick. And he still has money in the trust he started. Amazing. He can't give it away fast enough about 100 years or so later. Amazing!

I am getting better everyday. I really enjoy it. Today I was able to start and stop without dropping the balls. Which is great for learning to control the balls better. I hope one day to perform for some friends.

Solomon Built a Temple

Solomon was blessed with riches because he sought wisdom to rule. How blessed he must have felt to be able to build a temple. He just wanted to do a good job as ruler and he was given gold and jewels and he glorified God in return. Not every leader is so thoughtful to God. Some get power hungry and seek gold and glory first. Solomon truly was a servant leader. Praise Jesus. He saw his people were talented and a great nation and he wanted to be able to lead them. In return he was blessed. This is a great lesson to all leaders of the future. Seek wisdom to serve your great nation and God will bless you. Simple, true and a great gift to society. Wisdom is different than intelligence. Wisdom listens to God. Intelligence listens to man. You need wisdom above all else to achieve maturity. That is all for now.

It keeps me occupied. I cannot worry about other people constantly. I need me time. While I care about others. I need to take care of myself. I love feeling better all the time. And if I have to give up most sugar, so be it. I found Emergen c is really nice to drink, especially if you need electrolytes and vitamins. It is pretty good tasting too. And not too much sugar either. I wonder if this health care bill will go through. We have enough troubles. adding more problems seems like a bad idea. Well just seems a bad idea. I know how bad the government runs anyway. Like HUD and other things from friends experience. Imagine that wide spread? A nightmare. To be sure.

I am going to help her with her dog grooming business. I have many years learning about running a business. And I like her a lot. So I am going to help her. I may have some short comings. But that doesn't mean I cannot help her do well. I know about sales and learned management a little and as long as we work together, we can run the business together. She has years of experience with dogs and I have a minor in business. So all in all, I think it will be a good fit. And my mom loves dogs. So I think it will be good for us. I will volunteer until it gets going good. And she can help me with my cards. Maybe it will be a good fit.

Two republican Governors were elected. Two Democratic congressmen were elected. I guess its good to have the power spread out. But we have to decide whether we want communism or socialism, or capitalism with an emphasis on faith and charity. Seems to me, America had faith long before it had freedom. And in fact, while our forefathers wanted faith, they also saw the abuse of government as a problem, that's why they broke free from England. Americans have always fought off high taxes. They figure if they don't have to worry about surviving they will be happy. And science has made us any happier. I think faith and proper health can help people be happier. Diet and exercise help people more than medicine for prevention. All you really need to do is eat a salad more often and you'll control your weight easier and up the walking and maybe learn qi gong and you can lose ten lbs in a month like my mom. More veggies and protein help control your sugar and starch cravings and they don't taste that bad as long as you spice them up with herbs.

My Big Brother is Smarter than Your Big Brother

I have a very caring big brother. And he's a darn good computer programmer. Sure we had our moments growing up. But, that is life. I will not dwell on the past. He is an excellent programmer and lives in Germany. He is looking for a project. His most recent project was a wonderful success in getting together computer programmers in Kosovo. He held it at a University and has helped bring hope to a formerly war torn country. I hope he can get work so that he can continue working on his passion for bringing computer jobs to an infant country that needs industry and jobs. They have a beautiful country and prices are low, and they are becoming a member of the U.N. They have a lot to offer to the world, but they need investors and jobs.

I hope to help my brother bring both to this country that used to be under foreign rule. They have mountains, old beautiful architecture, waterfalls, affordable skiing, and tourism opportunities. He would like to work on promoting this country. I think it would be a great place to have an adventure vacation. It is inexpensive and in Europe and it would be easy to do rock climbing and hiking and mountain climbing there as well.

Within the Lions Den

Daniel was put into power and he had no corruption, nor was he negligent. His only problem, was he was persecuted because he was a Christian in a pagan land. How unlike it is today. Where we claim to be Christian, and yet become corrupted and negligent when put into power. Maybe it is better to be persecuted and to be tested with Lions than to have clear sailing and become a problem themselves.

Christians need to hold themselves accountable to a higher power. The purpose of trying to be like Christ is to be Servant leaders. Not glorify ourselves and drive fancy cars and live in giant mansions. Yes, some of us achieve this. But a cozy home with friends and family is nice too. A mansion sounds nice, but it can be cold and unwelcoming. Let us keep the emphasis on Christ and fellowship. Not striking it rich to have all of our worldly desires.

We may rise to prominence in non Christian environments, but we have to have faith, even when thrown to the lions.

I Discovered something about myself.

I discovered not only am I a sensitive middle child, I am very tactile as well. While I am sweet, I can feel over whelmed with aggressive people. It stresses me out. It triggers my fight or flight. I love Maroon 5's She will be loved song because it gives me hope that people could love me even though I feel this way.

I recently lost 80 lbs through diet and exercise and while I may not be perfect, I feel pretty good about that. Health is very important to me after being a sugar addict. And I need to relax. I love Qi Gong and Yoga and Volleyball and I even like tennis. But even though life's not fair, I am not unrealistic and pretty happy. I feel like I matter to my family and my good friends and that is good enough to me. I have some good advice for people as well.

We Can't Afford to Punish Business Leaders

We need people who can create jobs. We can't tax them to death and expect America to have jobs. They need a profit to compete and plan for the future. It takes a lot of advertising to run a business, for example. We need Christian values in business. I just heard of a Christian man who is a successful manager and his company makes a profit and he follows his values.

It is very difficult to run a business. Unexpected problems pop up. It isn't the piggy bank poor people think it is. There are bills to pay to keep the lights on. Some businesses are very good for people. Not everyone can do their own plumbing for example. We couldn't have our society without businesses. You need a business to work in. Are businesses perfect? No, hardly. But that doesn't mean they aren't a necessary evil. We need to forgive the businesses trespasses so we may be forgiven. I don't think it is Biblical to sit around waiting for a hand out. The Bible says to be a good Christian and work quietly with our hands. But we are not a Christian nation anymore. We have become hedonists and addicts. And we are impatient and disgusting sometimes. And all of our sins are coming back to bite us.

I have been told I am a pretty girl. I moved from New Jersey because I don't like the way the other girls act. It is pretty disturbing. I wish to matter to people. I may be really smart, and attractive as well. But that doesn't make it easy to feel like I matter to others when I care about them, but they don't call me. Just because New Jersey is my home state, doesn't mean I am like regular Jersey Girls. I just wanted to matter to people and they are impossible to please. I don't even like them very much.

So I moved to Kansas. and I hope I can meet someone who is articulate, out going, and six foot two with dark hair. Because I want a partner in life. And I don't think that is too much to ask. He has to be Christian, but a Bible thumper need not apply. He has to prove that I matter to him. I like a guy, his name is Terence, but I guess he's just not that into me. Because everyone knows that if he cared about me as much as he said he did, he would be more respectful of my feelings. I am not a feminist. I want to be able to be a mom, but I almost died recently and I am scared that it might be dangerous for me to be on medicine they want me on, but I don't think I should have children while I am on it.

I walk a tight rope wire. I escaped death and what keeps me going is my love for friends and family and a desire to play volley ball with friends. I have many desires. I wish to be married to a man who is health conscious and understands my belief that what the Bible said don't worry about what you eat, doesn't apply to margarine and soda.

I have overcome an addiction to sugar, and lost 80 lbs in a year and a half. And I was told I may be a genius. I love to do Qi Gong and Yoga to keep fit and want to practice bowling more and play volleyball and maybe have a guy teach me tennis.

I really care about Terence, and I think he made it pretty clear we're just friends. And I really wasn't expecting anything unrealistic from him. But if he doesn't love me, I can't worry about it. I care about him. And I may have even saved his life once by stopping him from going to Israel before a war broke out, but I don't want to rub it in.

I really do love him, but I am afraid I will have to move on because it is bad for me not to have someone call me. He said if he was attracted to me, he would stay with me. Well, I'm willing to go red just to get some guy to call me. Or even Blonde. I know I am good looking, but that's not all. I am sweet and sensitive too. I like walking on the beach and looking for rainbows after a storm. I like watching the swans at Horseshoe Lake Park. I like seeing bluebirds flying by, and catching a glimpse of goldfinches.

I know gentlemen prefer blondes, and I prefer gentlemen. I guess I'll go blonde. Simple enough. I am a well bred lady. A bit Melodramatic once in a while. But a nice soak in the tub with some lavender essential oils and some rose water helps.

I really don't like men wasting my time. If we can't be friends, don't try to be my lover. Its quite simple. I have to have some similar values. I like an interesting discussion and a good time. Simple as that.

If I could go to Wimbledon with a man that was married to me I would. But I am an old fashioned girl. I am getting a degree in substance abuse counseling and prevention. Because I know how many people go through that and I know the feeling with sugar addiction. But I've never taken mind altering drugs, except I drank a little. Then I stopped. I am not looking for Einstein. And ruggedly handsome works for me. But if you aren't looking to work hard to have a cheerleader who can help you with things, I really am not interested.

Thoreau was brilliant, but I don't need to be a writer to matter. I enjoy his wisdom and can learn from other great people as well. But I am not going to pretend I haven't learned my own sort of wisdom. You see I was trying to be a good Christian, and then I got nicknamed J-lo. And I felt like nothing I did was good enough. I was smart, and witty and guys didn't call me. What more do they want? I am not interested in making millions of dollars just to say I did it. I believe if it is God's plan for me, it will happen. But I am not going to be a famous actress to do it.

I am not trying to be a super Christian either. I won't be a Joyce Meyers. If my man doesn't respect that I believe men are meant to be leaders, that will be a problem. I am tired of spoiled women tearing men apart just so they can feel better. Go for a walk, get some fresh air. Get out of the nail parlors and bars and find a garden to tend. I am tired of these people who were hard living becoming church leaders. I have always been more of a prodigy than a prodigal. I believe in feeling good by doing the right thing. And do it because it pleases God. Not because of man. That is my deep down belief. And I hope someone will like me for that.

That is what Walt Witman said. We all have 24 hours in a day. It is about putting our best foot forward and doing what is our strengths to inspire us to do better in our weaker parts. Just because you haven't made a fortune doesn't mean you can't be rich. If you make good use of your resources. Saving money and giving things away can be a good way to increase your feeling of well being and help you to do better. Who cares if by helping people you get gratification. There are worse things and the world despises a martyr. If helping others gives you a buzz. Good. Do it more often. There is a saying people like to help people they like. Be likable and help others as well.

Giving to charity water is gratifying because 100% of donations go to building wells for the helpless. It is true charity at its finest. I am sure the person who started it feels good about it. And he is helping others. What is wrong with feeling good about doing what the Bible says to do? Should we continually feel bad about ourselves and always mope in our problems? Or should we take what life has thrown at us and turn lemons into lemonade? Personally, I like to take a little cherry juice and throw it in and make cherry lemonade. It tastes pretty good to me.

The American Eagles Vs The Lions Pride

Perhaps in American politics it can be described as the American Eagles VS the Lions Pride. Especially since the Republicans claim that the Democrats have not been American.

If one were to look at this situation, you would see individuals who are unorganized and shooting for political seats and elected positions fighting with each other and the Democrats, who are busy working together for their lead lion. Obama. They have a goal of a socialized nation and the "greater good" even though that is not America's Dream.
What is America? Look at Thoreau, who was an individual. The original environmentalist and genius writer. He had a distaste for politics and high society in general.

He was a man's man. He would go out into the woods and be alone with his thoughts and write them down. He taught other young men. He had no vices and was rich through lack of wants.

So different from either political party. He took the true American route. Individualism. He went to jail because he didn't believe in taxes and big government. He was also an Abolitionist. He believed all men should be free. He also abhorred everyone thinking alike in Europe. And he also preferred a simple Indian's companionship over all the balls and going out to expensive dinners.

He was a true individual and used his genius to be "good and be good for something."Rather than just doing something to secure his fortune. He died the last of his line alone, but was highly regarded as an intellectual. What we need is to have more Thoreau's and less Madonna's being celebrated.

It isn't enough that society is bereft of morals and guidance from a higher power and human rights include the rights to an abortion vs. human freedom and a love of life. Where the elderly are tossed into nursing homes to die and people don't look out for one another.

Where on a sinking ship it used to be women and children first. Not anymore. Now its every man for himself. Women are being taken advantage of all over the country. And no one protects them from the evils of the world. And children are being neglected and abused.

My heart breaks at the human condition. Because the children are our future. And our future is being bankrupted by self seeking and glorified robbery.

Thoreau said what lies behind you and what lies before you are tiny matters as to what lives within you. Wise words. I have found that you have to love yourself. It doesn't matter if you just lost money or never made any. You can be rich by needing little. that was his theory. He was a genius and contributed to society by a stature of his intellect. He knew he wasn't interested in making millions of dollars. But he stands as one of the most intelligent Americans of his time. So it just proves that you can be influential without selling books like Donald Trump. I think Thoreau had as much to teach, if not more about being a man than Trump. I enjoyed reading about him today as written by Emerson. I believe Thoreau was the last in a French lineage and never married or had children and had no vices. I believe he was happy being independent. And that is something I admire about him. He had a fine mind and was not a stuffy professor. It just goes to show that you can achieve things without making millions.

H2G2 short for hitchhikers guide to the universe. The idea was sort of like what the internet became. It is very interesting. I also made my first donation to charity water. I hope to do more. I made some money on my writing so I gave some of it to them. I hope you will be able to join me in my donations. I think churches need to help get help to the needy. In the Bible, there were great strides for those with plenty to give to the needy. Perhaps that is not what the Economist Malthus, who was the inspiration for evolution had in mind.

But we are all interconnected. The poor daycare worker who needs help with paying the bills helps a CEO and Salesperson sleep well knowing their child is being taken care of. And someday that day care worker may become a teacher or even a daycare manager or Principal in a school.

There is an interdependance in the world. If someone isn't respected for working a menial job. Then, they will want to be a rock star. There are so many things that need to be done. We need to respect that not everyone can be a CEO. We need workers. And some people are happy as a stewardess or a waitress that makes the CEO's life possible. Spread the respect.

Met a lady with a Border collie. I think I like my own dogs but I don't want to deal with a lot of other dogs. I like to get to know my dogs then we get along good. I think dogs need a relationship with people. They have to know you are going to lead them. They also need proper grooming and exercise and maybe some obedience lessons.

You don't have to be abusive to dogs when training them. Just be their leader. You can start as a young puppy, you can lay them on their side and help them relax a bit. This is a very good way to get them to respect you from the beginning.

It is gentle and can keep an alpha dog in check.
The park was beautiful. They even had a rowing association building there. People who compete in rowing meet there I guess. There was some people fishing and a lady jogging. It was a nice day for it. I even took some photos. I'll put them on later.

If you refuse to listen to the doom and gloom media, you will feel a lot better. You can't listen to negative people. You need to be realistic. But you can't always be put down. If people can't find anything good in you, then maybe you need to meet new people. Someone who believes in what you want to do.

For example. I make jewelry. I have for a while. And I sell them at the Jersey shore. It is a nice little hobby that I can make a little money at. I intend to go back to school. I want to get some training for a job I can do. Just because I can't be a top sales person, doesn't mean I can't be a good worker. This job I'm training for is a good job for me and I can still make my jewelry. I also like to juggle. But I don't do it to make money at it. Its just a hobby that I do. I enjoy it and if someone wants me to show them, I could.

My take on the Failing Health of Americans

Yes, we need to help people with the ability to have health insurance. But we don't necessarily have to have a national health care system. Just a high risk pool in each state. Much like New Jersey. They guarantee health insurance to everyone. And it works even if you already have a pre existing condition. Now what I would like to raise awareness of is an excellent website called magnustapping.com which can be found on youtube as well. He has a program that talks about EFT or emotional freedom technique and TAT which I can't remember what it stands for. But it helped me greatly. And I might even be able to have the emotional freedom now to work and pursue my writing career. I was even thinking about going back to college. It can help cure emotional pain and even be used to cure allergies. I think anything you have a problem with these days can be helped using this technique. I also tried TAT which when used in conjuncture with these techniques can be very effective.

I will turn them into a musical. I am working on a play based on an artist. I have an idea on how to turn my music into a play or even a movie. I think all I need is some people from my writing club to help me and it will become a reality. Maybe my friend doug could star as the artist. And someone could be the starlet who plays the leading lady. I know there are ways to do this. So we shall see. I have been working on my poetry for years and it came together as an idea for a screenplay/musical theater. We shall see. We shall see. We shall see if anything comes of it. I could even turn this other play idea I had into a musical as well. The idea is there. I just need to finish it up. About an opera singer. It would be really funny if I could get J-lo to play a part some day.

In an age where “cougars” are forty something women prowling for younger men, and being a rock star is the ultimate dream for most young people one has to wonder if we are still a Christian nation. Under God. Or maybe now it is we are all gods. Little g. Decadence is in the air. But be wary. For every great empire that reached an age of decadence, its fall was soon to come. Maybe not the end of the world. But the end of America the land I love’s rein. America, where the freedom of speech is being threatened. Where we can’t even have debates anymore it seems without low name calling. Where hatred for each other seems to know no boundaries.

It seems to me, the world will go on. And McDonald’s will be a global corporation while the USA will be no longer the beacon, but a crumbling tower. Because a separation of church and state has been taken out of context. And people abuse their privileges of being in a super power nation. The separation of Church and state meant there was no state run religion. There was to be no theocracy. Not an absence of morals from the Judeo Christian beliefs such as the Golden Rule.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Wise words. Would you want someone yelling and belittling you as you were attempting to work or go to school? Yet this unprofessional behavior goes on in work and school. Where loud obnoxious old men get to destroy peace and quiet. Where I can’t say I am proud of America and its opportunities without a irate Canadian who believes all Christians are Zionists and obviously doesn’t know me says I am stupid. Well if he doesn’t respect me, and he is a coward who won’t show his real identity, so be it.

I believe in Love thy neighbor. I believe in excellence. Even though we can't be perfect. I go to a church in town and I hope it is a good place for me to go. But I can't worry about what everyone else is doing. I am doing the best I can despite my run of bad luck. Where it is unladylike to compete, yet the man I love won't return my calls. So I carry on. I will not let this world get to me. I call it what it is. Hatred, bitterness, anger,spewing out at people when there has never been a perfect time or place. There has always been wars, pestilence and famines. The best we can do is care about those around us. To show them they matter to us.

It seems as though Americans are ungrateful for what we have. When we have so much. We can pursue the American dream. But let us not forget to praise God for our bounty. I do not believe this country is based on morals anymore. I think there is a serious disconnect from people my age and values such as honor, duty etc. Its always whats in it for me? Well, that may be all fine and good for a while. But this is the most generous nation and it wasn't until recently that Americans were being told we weren't generous enough and that we need a huge government to run everything.

I believe in Excellence not Perfection. We must pursue our work with excellence in mind. Not to wish we were a movie star or something. We need people doing real work. I wonder if it will be harder for him to do all of the things he wants to do. I wonder if he will make our healthcare like England's. I wonder if we will put health insurance companies out of business. I wonder if maybe we could have more high risk pools for insurance. Instead of a national health care bill. I wonder if maybe people need to be more professional. I wonder if maybe all of our hopes and desires are mis matched for what is needed. People want to be treated like they are special. People want to know they matter. Maybe that is why Obama was so popular. He said we had the power to change. That appealed to people's desires to be somebody. But he didn't say what. If health companies don't have a reason to discover new cures, then they won't. Maybe it is this modern life that is killing us. The 24-7 news. The fast pace of life. I wonder if people knew they mattered, would they still need to act like rock stars? Would they all want to be super star actors and actresses if they new they would be treated with respect even if they weren't? Just a question. Any answers?

I tried some concentrated pure black cherry juice diluted in some water, and my pain dissipated from my upper back. Willow bark is also used instead of aspirin. It is what they made it from in the first place. I wonder if we need so many chemicals if these things work.

Florida Girl might be evicted

A first grader may be evicted from a 55 and older community because she is not old enough. She was there since she was a baby after her mother became unable to care for her and her grandparents took her in. Her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Stiley are worried that they can't sell their home to keep their granddaughter,Kimberly safe and free from being evicted.

This is just another reason why our families need to be aware that doing drugs is not a victimless crime. Kimberly is a victim of both the drug industry and of this housing rules of a 55 plus community. Even though Kimberly isn't a homeowner or able to vote. This is just another example of the abuse of power.

On a sunnier note, a firefighter was able to keep his american flag sticker on his locker after a battle for his rights. Every other type of sticker is still forbidden.

Keep America Safe

Liz Cheney, daughter of Dick Cheney and former government official started Keep America Safe has something to say about closing Gitmo. She wants Americans to have her say. She hopes to use her organization to keep the truth out there. I heard about it on WOR's John Gambling show. I like this guy. He isn't too belligerent and communicates well. Apparently, Afghanistan politics has had a snafu. And the Whitehouse is moving really slowly.

To deal with terrorists as a civil crime at this point is a little scary to me. They have assault rifles and grenade launchers. Is this criminal? Or a war act. Sort of like the war on drugs. Just another thing we are failing at. We have a obesity epidemic and people are driving around parking lots looking for the closest parking space.

There are no easy answers to these problems. But saying we aren't becoming far too hedonistic while other countries starve is not too off. We fight over gay rights while other countries have people dying in the streets for lack of food.

Really. What are the priorities of a nation? To have every materialistic and physical desire fulfilled? Or to live like people mattered to us. I remember very well, when Princess Diana died and all of the media was outraged over it. But what about the outrage when Mother Teresa died. A real life saint. And we were still talking about Princess Di.

Glenn Beck Questions Obama's desire to control the Internet

In another power grab, according to Glenn Beck, Obama desire's to have control over the internet. Now if I am not mistaken, the internet operates in Germany and Turkey as well. So does he want to silence America like they do in Communist China? This is not American. The freedom of speech in this country could be threatened. The free exchange of ideas and information would be limited.

For example, Obama said he wanted open negotiations for his health bill. No such thing is happening. Closed doors in a smoke filled room. Just what 900 million buys. I need a medicine, but it is an old medicine so it is not expensive. But who knows what the drug companies want to push. I was asked to run for politics. And now that I am in Kansas, I might consider it.

I like Kansas a lot and I believe there are ways for any state to make more money by innovation and saving money. At least in politics, you can be conservative, and some people will respect you. Not all. But some. I do not believe in breaking up families and extreme social conditions. America worked pretty good for a good 80 years. No need to let them take advantage of a crisis to turn us into a socialist state.

Without companies trying to make a profit and cutting expenses and innovation in business, there will be no growth and no jobs and no food. We will be like France with 12% unemployment.

I grew up in a manufacturing company family. And I know that people are not able to keep their jobs unless a company makes money. And economic growth comes from low cost of goods and high productivity. Inflation would ruin our chances of growing out of the deficit.

How to prevent Massive Inflation

Low prices and low cost of goods and high productivity lead to growth. Prices are lower. And we have people who can work. But without mining, manufacturing and farming, plus innovation to do it better, we will not be able to prevent massive inflation. What is necessary is an investment in finding ways to do things better.

Saving money and wise investments in money making endeavors and stopping these scams is one way to do it. The slow food movement led to the Slow Money Alliance. A non profit bringing the wisdom of better farming practices and ending GMO's. or Genetically modified organisms.

Malthus was an economist who said poor people would die out. But a lot of people are a lot poorer today. What we need is good information. Small steps to better business practices is a good start.
Investing in green technologies has been a money losing proposition. It doesn't mean that lower emissions isn't good, it just means you don't save much money at it. The new light bulbs have heavy metals in them and have to be handled carefully. If everyone just threw them out, we would have a massive ecological crisis. And that's just one product.

I saw this economic crisis coming because I worked in sales and found many companies all smoke and mirrors. What we need is more truth in advertising. J C Penney advertised quality at reasonable prices. But the furniture I was selling was junk. And people in corporations are lying and cheating at their jobs. It started in high school and continued on until all of these corporations needed bailouts. MCI Worldcom was just the tip of the iceberg.

The neighbors put up a scarecrow. It is nice to look at. And I saw a rainbow in the sprinkler today. I saw bluebirds and cotton puff clouds and last night there was a sunbeam on the way to an international dinner. It is supposed to mean good luck in Japan or China I believe. My uncle has 40 acres he could grow mint on probably. Kansas seems to be a really good place to farm mints and herbs. Long hot dry summers and the herbs seem to make it through the winters. I used my canon camera and picasa from google to edit this shot

This is the neighbors farm. It is a small farm. They are nice to us and even sold us some cookie dough. I like it here in Kansas. I miss my friends though. And it was tough to leave. But I had to. NJ is too expensive and it is too stressful. I will make new friends and I feel pretty good now. The Qi Gong and even tapping helps too. I am smiling more and feel a little more relaxed. I believe in the power of preventative health. Things like Qi Gong and Tai Chi and Yoga as well as good diet and proper exercise and a spiritual life can help prevent a lot of trouble. Rest and relaxation is essential to good health.

For example, qi gong is like moving meditation and accupuncture all rolled into one. You can also learn to juggle to help take your mind off of things for a break. It is a lot of fun and is a great hobby. It helps your mind and keeps your reflexes sharp.

Americans work too hard and don't take time to play. I believe they need to always take care of their health and everything else will follow. Socialized medicine isn't the answer. People need to be grateful for everything we have and take an active participation in their health.

Why, Obama got a peace prize. And he is just like any other politician who does anything to get elected. Where did all of that $900 Million? Come from? I'd say it was shady dealings. He basically sucked up to some rich moguls and got himself a presidency. Well, I may trust in the Lord. But we have the freedom of speech. And I don't see how that gets swept under the rug. Politicians are bought and sold. And Obama is no different. You don't become president without owing people.

A lot can be said for staying in one place. I like to learn the ins and outs of one area. Now that I am in Kansas and feeling better, I like to write and what not. I also paint a little. New Jersey is very stressful. Traffic etc. Kansas is a lot easier for me.
But New Jersey is pretty scuzzy in some respects. No offense. I think it is all of the pheremones in the air from so many people crammed in like sardines. Nothing personal, but it is quite disturbing. I like Kansas. Lots of blue birds and what not. I saw a hawk going in for the kill and a buzzard just flew by this morning really close. They even have millions of clouds and Gage park in Topeka.

Moved to Kansas, Its fun. New people. But the people who work at Panera bread are real jerks. I used to enjoy Panera's now I thing I'll go to this Coyote Canyon place instead. They have a buffet and I can have tons of protein and vegetables and not have to worry. Unlike Paneras I can have salmon and steak. And a salad. Much better in my mind. I got a nice hair cut at Beauty Brand. Can't complain. The head stylist did a nice job with my color. I had a lot of sun damage this year and she fixed it. And I got a good eyebrow wax and they did a good job with my mom's hair too. And I got a nail buffing bar too. I wish I knew how to get paid for something.

They say I can do more. But every time I try to accomplish something something horrible goes wrong. I tried writing and they said I was ill. I tried to go to FDU and I needed surgery. And they wonder why I have trouble with change and achieving my dreams?? Nothing ever goes my way. Someone just give me a job.

Ski Kosovo

My big brother Mike is setting up a program for skiing in Kosovo. Which is great because it is a cheap way to ski and you can stay at a local's home. Now what he needs is to add adventure sports for the summer like rock climbing, bungee jumping and sky diving. People love adventure and what could be better than going to Kosovo and having an adventure. It is a lot like the weather in Greece sometimes. It is close to that area. They have beautiful scenery and water falls and other beautiful natural beauty and it isn't expensive to visit. A lot of Germans go there in the summer. The Problem With the Food System

Not only is there a lot of corruption in the world. Yada yada yada, but it is affecting our food system. For example, did you notice all of the recent food poisoning outbreaks? Part of the problem is from shipping all of the food from third world countries. America can produce healthy foods like Kiwi's and pomegranates and blueberries and herbs instead of corn and wheat. There are all sorts of healing properties of herbs and fresh fruit and vegetables. And the problem is, they keep trying to sell corn and wheat. Not a good idea. For example. Lavender is a useful herb/flower that can help relax people, provide an aid for sleep, and is useful if you have a slight burn to reduce the pain and has other disinfectant properties. There really is nothing to say except that people take each other for granted. People are misunderstood, they are lonely and need friends and a job. Most people's needs aren't being met on some level. So we have to try to be considerate. You really don't know what someone is going through. They could have a nervous breakdown at anytime. People try to take advantage of pretty girls. There is nothing new under the sun. There are a lot of bad dudes out there and I am sorry. All you have to do is look at history. The world is cruel. Sometimes you have to focus on the positive just to get through. The more you complain, sometimes, the worse it gets. Its nice to look at pretty pictures and have tea. I like tennis and art, and I used to go to the opera. And if I wasn't ill, I could have been doing more with my life than spending time with people and hanging out.
